This seems to be a common problem in Amerika these days. Indeed, there is a whole generation {or two} of Amerikans who see & hear “conspiracy theories” when they are presented with authentic facts.

This thread was initiated by Edward Mendoza ("Valley Oak") about Biden and how - supposedly - Biden's Victory in the Polls represents the Victory of "Democracy over Fascism". I begged to differ, and was promptly trashed by Barry.

My points, and the substance of what I said are glossed over, by an ad hominem attack on my person, and the whole subject of the thread has been deflected.

Let me state this - for the Record: I never intended to become the subject of this thread. Furthermore, I do not wish to be. I would like to return to the theme of this thread, and re-iterate the thrust of what I was attempting to put over.

Trump is a jerk, Edward. From the jump, he always was. There is, on Netfllx a documentary series about the Man, and his own, peculiar history. He was a spoiled rich kid, born with a silver spoon in his mouth, who had certain natural "gifts" : good looks, salesmanship, social & sexual charisma, & boundless self-confidence. +Plus+ the [negative] qualities of being completely self-absorbed & absolutely amoral. Years ago, when I visited friends that had television, (I have not had a television of my own in decades), I would watch some so-called "MSM", (nationally syndicated), and MSNBC was one of them. Also, of course, Fox News, which was always painful for me to watch, but that's what my friends were watching and of course others.

To stop watching and/or listening and or reading, etc. "MSM", at least a little is comparable to knowing somebody is thinking about doing something, in a group sense, that is considering forming a coalition of sorts whose main purpose it is, is to further strip me of my freedoms.

For me to turn my back on that information by not at least paying some attention to it, IMO, is like driving down the road and not paying attention to the approaching flashing red lights in the rear-view mirror....
...Only, it's worse than that, because however much I may want to acknowledge, resist, secede from, etc. a controlling "entity" as which you infer, the fact is, there is some form of "government" no matter where on earth you live...

I agree with the gist of that, but there is the saying that has been around for longer than I can remember because it began way before my time which is: "The Lesser of 2 Evils".

Whereas, much like the situation we are in now, people all too often ignore the power they do have to use their vote, (yes, in a so-called rigged system), whereas, because some people think that the rigged system is so bad, that they essentially refuse to use the power they actually do have to vote. Hence, all too often the greater of 2 "evils" gains so much power that there becomes a strong-man, dictatorship in locations where long-term "democracy" had previously prevailed. That almost happened here and unfortunately is still in the process where it could still happen, and it could be a lot sooner than one might think.

As far as I'm concerned, we are at a very dangerous and critical juncture where by "ignoring" the fact that people do have power with their vote in America and that if a critical mass of 'eligible' voters who decide to just tossing their own votes out by not voting at all is quite futile and self-defeating, and it potentially harms me.

Hopefully, it doesn't come to an armed Civil War situation to either undo what modicum of "democracy" we actually do have or happen in order to settle that seemingly widening rift which has been exasperated by particular types of elitists who have too much power.

To Answer the Question: I happen to know for a fact that "youtube" - & Google - & Disney - all interlock with the "ABC Corporation" - which may or may not be the lineal descendant of what was formerly (in the 1930's) known as the "A-Z Syndicate" - one dirty cut-out for J.P.
