I have a freestanding 800 sq ft cottage for sublet in Sebastopol...It's 5 minutes from downtown but in a country type environment. It is an open floor plan with a queen bed in the bedroom niche and a double bed in the living room. It has off street parking, laundry, a nice private yard, comfortable cozy furnishings and a fantastic bathroom with a woodburning stove and clawfoot bathtub.

The rent is $2000 a month plus usage of gas/elec. Wifi, garbage and water are included. I'm looking for a clean, responsible, mellow person(s) that are cat friendly and willing to water my house plants.
