MONDAY MORNING MEDITATION

The art of Mindful Presence can serve us so deeply now...we can find calm and steadiness in the midst of it all.
This is an invitation to learn the art and practice of mindfulness meditation. We will explore what mindfulness means and cultivate the understanding and skills of this exquisitely simple, yet powerful teaching of mindful presence. If you have a practice already, you can use this to inspire consistency!
Within a supportive and friendly group we’ll meditate together, discover the many benefits of mindfulness and have question and answer periods to deepen our understanding. All the while, holding one another in care at this very challenging time.
About Susan: With four decades of practice behind me, I am now in training with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach to be a meditation teacher. In order to be certified, I am asked to teach meditation classes. Please join us if you feel this might serve you.
