Late winter is the perfect time of year to prune trees and shrubs that are dormant, before they begin to bud and bloom in the early spring. Greg will give an overview of best management practices for pruning, including what tools to use for the best results. Gain hands-on experience removing limbs, thinning, selecting lead branches, making healthy cuts, and determining what to cut and what to leave! In addition to the hands-on learning aspect of this workshop, Greg will also be available to answer your questions. This is a great opportunity to gain confidence in maintaining your own trees and shrubs!
This event is FREE, thanks to the Town of Windsor! We appreciate your donations that allow us to bring experts to events.
