    PGE blackouts preparation

    Dearest wise souls
I am a single senior in a mobile home park (not that that makes a difference) and hear we should be preparing for 3-5 day blackouts during red flag warning days.

What are the most important things to have on hand? Where would one get a list of these items?

i have done all the house fire prep I believe (stashing or scanning important docs, computer backups to the cloud, pet and people meds accessible etc.)

just not sure of a what I will need in case of a long blackout.
    Thanks.

I am in Occidental... YES, folks are not prepared on the whole... Generator... 2000 watt minimum. Small Battery boosters for charging devices, Food, Water, Some alternative way to cook, heat... etc. I am a long time off grid liver... Call or text if you would like help locating some of these things at discount. Small fee for my services to help get you going with ordering, buying used supplies etc.

I don't know why we are letting PG&E mess with us the way they do. Shutting off power on days they deem they need to; raising our bills due to THEIR lawfulness??? Why doesn't the Governor just split them up and let the state take them over? They are a criminal outfit and we are just going along with their ideas.
