This fun, free eight-session program is for seniors at all balance levels--those whose concerns about falling compromise their ability to confidently move around; those who have experienced an injury from a fall that has resulted in limited physical or social activity and those who have not experienced injury but could benefit from learning practical and proactive strategies to address everyday risks.

A Matter of Balance: Managing Concerns About Falls participants identify individual solutions to their pressing real-world challenges. Many have discovered and corrected fall hazards in their homes and risks in their everyday lives. Chair exercises begin in Session #3 with a focus on building strength, flexibility and overall conditioning essential to maintaining good balance. No new participants accepted after Session #2.
