Slow Food is looking for more volunteers for our Strawberry Event for children

On Saturday, June 16, 8:30am – 1:00pm, Slow Food Russian River is organizing our annual strawberry event for children at Flatbed Farm in Glen Ellen. The event is build around “strawberry diversity,” having kids experience different varieties of strawberries, but there are a number of other activities that introduce them to strawberries, their color, shape, texture, and taste, or to farm life in general.

We are looking for more volunteers who can design and guide these activities, in coordination with the event organizer

Contact Zeno Swijtink at [email protected] if you want to join my team.
