Help with cleaning up illegal roadside dumpings - Free bulky item collection!

All Unincorporated County and City of Santa Rosa residential garbage customers (multifamily too, with some restrictions) are entitled to FREE bulky item collection FOUR times per year, up to THREE cubic yards each time. Customers may request a three yard bin for the service if they choose. Service is supposed to be provided within 72 hours. This unadvertised service from the North Bay Corporation/Redwood Empire Disposal (see link to article below), could help with illegal roadside dumping if it were promoted.
