Assist the Curator and team with displaying one or more exhibits a year. May include: mounting photographs, photo description boards, and setting up displays. Prior exhibit is taken down before new exhibit goes up. Assist with publicity, ie: mailers, advertisements, press releases and posters. Keep documents detailing with the exhibit, photograph or video the exhibit for preservation. This process can take one to two months. Meetings and work details are held Thursdays from 10 am to 12 pm at the Museum, 261 South Main Street.
Additional duties:
Maintain general office supplies, housekeeping supplies, computer/printer ink, mailing labels. Report any needed repairs to Curator..
Service can be credited to Community Service for students.
