I see these guys as revenuers, I'm sure that a portion of the court costs go to Sebastopol as regular income. Also, an officer who is challenged in court gets paid overtime to appear so they love it....

I have been charged a one-time $75 fee and am paying $15 a month for opting out. This seems ridiculous: $180 a year more and I'm getting nothing for it.
