    It may be that the dealer is obligated to fix it because it is a leased vehicle. Or, if the vehicle is under a warranty that is still in effect, have them fix it! I would think that a repair should...

    Thank you, Barry! I do have Skype on my computer, and yes, it is likely this unwanted auto-format happened on my end. I'll have a talk with my Skype app.
