The diodes on the site you reference are stated as being 100 mW and priced at $1100. 100 mW = 1/10 watt. I think they want another $3100 for the "controller" which has an impressive number of buttons...

I want it to be clear I am not convinced about the safety or lack thereof of high frequency RF. Personally I am not worried about it but I respect your decision to be cautious.

What do you think they do that is bad? How do they differ from GE products?

Making this work means they use a new RF chip that works with both T-Mobile (which is a GSM network) and Sprint (which is a CDMA network) so it's not just a matter of getting a new SIM for an Android...
