Connect with the divine in nature

Enjoy a 2.5 mile, moderate hike that includes meditations, awareness exercises and Native-based spiritual practices to increase your health & well-being and deepen your intrinsic connection with the earth. Expand your experience of Spirit and community through enjoying the beautiful outdoors and co-creating a Medicine Wheel.

Meet at Unity at 1:00pm. Earth walk located at Foothill Park in Windsor. Carpooling encouraged. Please wear comfortable walking shoes and bring some water.

$15-$20/adult. Kids 12 & under FREE. Families welcome!

KRISTI BOWMAN is the author of Journey to One: A Woman's Story of Emotional Healing & Spiritual Awakening. She's the Co-founder of the Center for Sacred Movement and Certified Yoga Instructor through world-renowned teacher, Shiva Rea. Kristi also completed a 4-year apprenticeship with a Shaman and has a deep connection with her Native roots. She is known to climb a tree without warning and enjoys helping others connect with the divine within and in all of creation. She lives in Sebastopol with her partner, Tony, where she is currently working on her next book.
