    Sebastopol Sister City Friendship Dinner

Sister City Friendship Dinner & Celebration on Saturday, November 22, 2014

Sebastopol World Friends (SWF) will hold a Sister City Friendship Dinner and Celebration on Saturday, November 22. It will be held at the Enmaniji Temple Memorial Hall (1200 Gravenstein Highway South, Sebastopol). Door opens at 6:00 and the program and dinner will be 6:30-8:30.

All you can eat buffet-style dinner will include food from Ukraine and Japan, where Sebastopol has its two sister cities.

Suggested donation amounts are $15 for adults and $5 for children.

A silent auction featuring many local goods and services will help raise money for the organization’s scholarship fund, which is dedicated to making the programs affordable for participating Sebastopol families who need assistance.

There will be performances by Japanese Taiko drummers and Ukrainian singers and musicians.

SWF facilitates youth and adult travel and cultural exchanges with our sister cities: Takeo, Japan and Chyhyryn, Ukraine. SWF is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

For more information about the Friendship Dinner and the SWF, contact Valeria Churma at 707-823-9343 or [email protected].
