Sally Baker and Marsha Connell offer a unique weekend of watercolor exploration through painting soft-edged wet-in-wet forms, building images by layering marks and shapes, painting seamless transparent washes as a meditative practice, and delineating sharply focused objects. Heron Hall is a perfect base for going out and immersing in plein air painting in the verdant and flowering springtime Laguna watershed, as well as providing a comfortable and spacious light-filled studio for painting from the inspiration of nature and nature's objects. Participants of all skill levels welcome! Beginners will receive guidance in basics. Experienced painters and repeat students will receive support to develop technique and expression.

Sally Baker and Marsha Connell both have extensive painting and teaching experience -- Sally at Healdsburg High School and Marsha at Santa Rosa Junior College. Marsha is also Artist in Residence at Pepperwood Preserve.

You will learn why Autism rates are now 1 in 50, when 25 years ago they were 1 in 10,000; why heavy metals are linked to electrical sensitivity and other neurological challenges including memory loss, alzheimers and dementia; why cancer, asthma, chronic disease and environmental illnesses rates are skyrocketing, and more importantly what you can do to help reverse these frightening statistics!

Learn about a groundbreaking cellular cleanse created from a naturally occurring volcanic mineral that safely removes heavy metals, radioactive particles, fluoride compounds, pesticides, plastics, VOC’s, and 99% of all environmental toxins from the cells of your blood, brain, lymph, gut, fatty tissue and lungs. You will also learn about a new line of unadulterated, organic, cold-dried, whole food supplements specifically designed to repair damaged cells and restore cellular structure and function.

Discover why 100’s of health practitioners are using these supplements with their patients!

We will also discuss some not so pretty facts about the supplement industry and why the vitamins and supplements you are currently using may not be the best choice (or even outright dangerous) if you are striving for optimum health. For example, most vitamins and supplements labeled "whole food" are oftentimes made from or fortified with GMO's, petroleum, formaldehyde, coal tar or benzene.

Join us on May 5th to learn more!
