Explore Judaism through meaning, music, and meditation.
Margo Miller will be teaching about a Hebrew text, unpacking the words to show their full richness and depth. Susie Miller has selected and will teach stunning musical settings that help us express the meaning of the words in song, and Barbara will lead us in guided meditation.
Together they will bring the teachings in the text into personal focus and musical expression. Each two hour workshop stands alone and has similar structure but different themes and music. The first workshop – on March 28 – will be on Sacred Space. What this means in Jewish thought might surprise you!
Men and women are both welcome, and you don’t even have to be Jewish to appreciate the meaning of the Hebrew words, sing with others, and have a guided meditation experience.
