      SACRED SUPPER…Gathering in a way that is nourishing to the belly, the heart and the soul.
      The purpose of this gathering is to break bread together while enjoying conversations that matter in a safe and sacred space. It’s more important than ever to share intimate, authentic, evolved dialogs with like minded humans. We build and strengthen ourselves and our communities by weaving our stories, our hopes and needs, and our sharing from the heart. Elizabeth holds a gracious and spacious container for a rich experience in harmonizing with conscious intent.

      Sacred Supper is a warmly focalized, heart and spirit centered gathering with conscious conversation over dinner, and outside around the fire. Join us for spirited dialogs touching on an array of topics and threads woven to call out our wisdom, knowledge, innovations and inspirations !! As always, it’s a mysterious blend of strangers and friends, fine feasting and hopefully, some deep belly laughter.

      A beautiful meal is provided !! Please bring and share any kind of pertinent, compelling, current information/inspiration/aspiration that is important and of value to you. Pass the word among your peeps, bring a friend. If weather permits, we’ll have a fire in my lovely yard. Bring musical instruments, your voice, your prayers, layers and anything that you may want to drink.

      A bit more about Supper-

      The purpose of this gathering is to break bread together while enjoying conversations that matter in a safe and sacred space. Its more important than ever to share intimate, authentic, evolved conversations with like minded humans. We build and strengthen ourselves and our communities by weaving our stories, our hopes and needs, and our sharing from the heart.
      I have been a chef and caterer for over 20 years and consider myself an alchemist with food. Its a special treat for me to cook up a feast with the fruits of my garden, to share with hungry souls. I consider it a "right livelihood" offering of my time and energy to feed you all for a reasonable exchange of dollars. I invite people to come early to help prepare the meal, and learn and play in the kitchen with me. Its always fun and lively.

      The protocol for supper is some unstructured social time, then initial circle with meal prayer, grounding, drop-in, and a bit of intro to supper stuff. Then we get our food and re-sit in a random-ish circle all-the-while being a bit casual and unstructured. At some point during our meal, I call us to presence and we open to sacred space dialogs and heart shares. (Sacred space etiquette apply: people get uninterrupted time for sharing, personal I statements, and related personal offerings from the heart). . I ask folks to share a snippet of something they find important, something pertinent, timely, and of high value in changing times to call out our wisdom, knowledge, inspirations and innovations.

      I provide a beautiful meal. People have been asking if it was pot-luck and $20. Its NOT pot-luck. Sliding scale is available for those who need it with a 10 dollar min.for hard cost per person We use real plates and table ware, thus your help with dishes is always appreciated.

      I love to cook and do my food ministry thing so big thanks to all the beloveds that have made Supper so rich. Please mark your calendars when I do post dates, they are usually scheduled in 2 or 3 month cycles. Please consider sharing this with like minded folks from here and beyond, who may want to join us in sacred space and intimate dialogs.
