Herbal Winter Wellness Series
Embrace Your Winter Health
Join Shelly Lev-Er, RN and certified herbalist, for one class or the entire three week series and learn how to use kitchen spices to stay healthy this winter. You will come away with the tools you need to transform your spice cabinet into a medicine chest, while also having fun making beautiful and nourishing creations, which also make GREAT holiday gifts! We will also go beyond kitchen spices and discuss other medicinal herbs to expand your medicine chest. We will make a variety of winter wellness beverages, as well as vinegars, oils, honeys, and even immune boosting cordials! The class will be hands on and you will go home with something we’ve made together in addition to handouts, samples, recipes, AND the confidence to go home and continue creating in your own kitchen!

The class is Wednesday evenings December 4th, December 11th, and December 18th at Infusions Tea House in Sebastopol, 6968 McKinley St, in the same plaza as Whole Foods.

Cost is $20/class, including all materials, which is a great deal!! Come to one class, or come to the entire series.
