Core Project GP 2014 #2: Forming the Vision
Core Project Summer Speaker Series: GP2014
Presentation and Open Discussion: "Forming the Vision."
Gypsy Cafe 162 North Main Street Sebastopol
The City of Sebastopol's General Plan is nearly due for its 20 year update.
Building on last month's panel discussion, "What is a General Plan, Anyway?" our second event will explore more deeply how a great General Plan can make our city more healthy, livable, and sustainable--both environmentally and economically.
Speakers:
Lois Fisher, LEED Accredited Professional for Neighborhood Development and President of Fisher Town Design
Alex Hinds, Center for Sustainable Communities at Sonoma State and former Community Development Agency Director for Marin County
Healthy by Design: a presentation by the Sonoma County Department of Public Health on the impact of urban planning on public health issues.
Event is free and open to the public.*
We look forward to seeing you there!
