Empowered Communication - 8 week series

This class made an enormous difference in my life. Since then I’m checking in with myself more instead of disappearing into relationship. And learning about story feelings helped me stop projecting explanations on my partner. Because of this class I have reconnected with my partner, and now we’re studying the book chapter by chapter. ~~ G.C.

March 1 - The Way (2011) In this fictional story, Martin Sheen plays a grieving dad who walks his way across northern Spain on the 800 km Camino de Santiago. Directed by Emilio Estevez and filmed in the beautiful Pyrenees and Basque country of Spain.

March 8 - There is a Spiritual Solution to Every Problem (2007) Inspirational author and speaker Wayne Dyer brings his laid-back style to this examination of spiritual strategies -- inspired by St. Francis of Assisi and Mother Teresa -- to help overcome obstacles and disappointments in life. From breaking problems down into their components to finding simple but profound wisdom in the unlikeliest places, Dyer shows a spiritual approach to life's problems.

March 15 - For the Bible Tells Me So (2007) Documentary directed by Daniel G. Karslake about homosexuality and its perceived conflict with religion, as well as various interpretations of what the Bible says about same-sex sexuality. Five Christian families, each with a gay or lesbian child, talk about their marriages and church-going, their children’s childhood and coming out, their reactions, and changes over time.

March 22 - Nobelity Director Turk Pipkin ("One Peace at a Time") relentlessly travels the globe to find answers to the very difficult questions regarding man's survival here on earth. In his travels he interviews nine Nobel Prize winners. The interviews are riveting; combining superior cinematography and editing.
