Afternoon Meditation Class - Practicing the Presence
Wednesdays, May 11- June 8, 2:00- 3:30pm
With Rev. Alyzsa VanTil we will study the meditation practices of the mystics of many religions. The focus of our time together will be practicing these meditations with plenty of time for silence. Our goal is to awaken to a deeper journey with the Oneness both within ourselves and all of creation and to use our awareness in service to our spiritual community and the world. You are welcome to join us for any or all of these classes.
Rev. Alyzsa has been studying the mystics for more than ten years and looks forward to sharing how this study has blessed her own spiritual growth.
