happy people are healthier.
And happy people intend to be happy.
Set an intention to laugh every day. It will make you happier and healthier.
It also improves your relationships and increases creativity and productivity.
Since laughter is contagious, it is easier to do it with others than alone.
So why don't your join us. Come and try laughter yoga.
We get together to do laughter exercises that simulate and stimulate laughter.
You do not have to be in a good mood.
There is no need for jokes, comedy or humor.
Everyone can do it. And it is free.
Every Tuesday and Thursday morning from 8:30 to 9am

Poetry and Fiction Open Mic at Infusions teahouse
Gwynn O'Gara, Sonoma County's poet laureate, will host the monthly Poetry and Prose Open Mic at Infusions Teahouse, and she will read some of her own work. We provide the PA system. Each reader will have 5 minutes at a time (you can read a second time if there are open time slots)--Gwynn will be kind and firm about the time. There will be a 10 intermission. Call to reserve a reading time, or just drop in. Bring your friends, sip some tea, and enjoy new work read by new authors.
