This will be a talk and discussion of how attitudes towards aging and fear of aging impact the quality of our lives as we go forward. It will touch on information regarding how movement lessons can impact our aging and the audience will be treated to a half hour, easy movement lesson (in sitting or standing) that will illustrate just how powerful this approach can really be! About Charlotte: She decided to look into Feldenkrais after a series of health setbacks. Over 15 years have passed and she continues using and sharing this bodywork.
