Sebastopol's Independent Eye -- thirty-year veterans of national touring and creators of last year's astonishing rendition of Shakespeare's The Tempest -- offers a new vision of Shelley's classic novel, with a trio of actors, plus three dozen puppets, poetry, and a startling world of sound and image.
