    Compassionate Communication: Forgiveness & Reconciliation

    Two Saturdays: February 13 & March 6, 10am to 6pm, Sebastopol
    Are you longing for the harmony with others and the inner peace that comes with healing and forgiveness? In this series we will explore what it is that gets in our way of that. Learn to hold our “obstacles” with compassion and discover and practice steps we can take to heal and rebuild our connection with others and with self.
    This series will blend didactic and experiential learning with fun. Tears and laughter are likely! $150-300 sliding scale.

    Please join us to hear stories and see slide shows from your friends and neighbors who have recently visited Cuba. David Janda, freelance photographer, has just returned from a visit to the island. Others will share their stories and photos from recent visits, and we will even have photos from a 1960/61 visit presented by Ann Thompkins.

    In addition to the report-backs, we will have Cuban-style snacks and Cuban music during the socializing portion of the event. Please feel free to bring your favorite Cuban food item to share, and/or your musical instrument to join in with the other musicians!
