CSLSR invites you to a journey of sound for personal healing, relaxation and profound transformation. Together we create sacred space and use breathing and toning to energize our bodies Then we relax into the sound of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, vocals & other evocative instruments.

Jan and Claire perform at International Sound Healing
Conferences. They are both vocal instructors specializing in the use of the voice for self empowerment and healing. Claire directs the One Heart Choir at CSLSR, and facilitates transformational sound classes among other healing musical activities. Jan is an instructor at Globe Sound Healing institute and has just opened a sound healing facility in Marin.

Bring a pillow, pad, water, whatever you need to feel comfortable for 2 hours of bliss.

I'm an electrical engineer and musician so I understand sound vibration on the physical level. I expected the sound bowl journey to be interesting and entertaining, so was amazed at the actual experience. I found myself easily relaxing and letting my mind just follow and try to comprehend what I was hearing. I then noticed that parts of my body seemed to be vibrating along with the sounds from the bowls. Different areas were vibrating with different vibration frequencies. By the end of the journey I had a profound feeling through my core similar to how your hand feels after removing it from a vibrating surface. It was as if my core was still vibrating, and this continued
for several hours. I felt calm and centered over the next couple of days. I appreciate the opportunity to have this experience and would love to do it again.
