Yoga For Life's Sake; Gentle Hatha Yoga class
One-hour gentle asana classes for better health, clarity of mind, stress relief, transformation, balancing. People over 40 are welcome! Couples come get healthier and stronger together. Who knows how good your relationship can become! Yoga is good for men too!
Suzanne Dyell has a lifelong interest in health, balance & well-being for herself and others. She has an M.A. in Holistic Health Education from JFK University and has been trained as an Ashtanga Yoga Teacher. She looks forward to sharing the experience with you!
Classes are every week, Wednesday at 7pm and Saturday at 10am.
