    The Ananda Seva Yoga Teacher Training Certification Program is designed to provide a comprehensive overview of the breadth and depth of Yogic philosophy and practices as well as an in-depth study of Asanas (yoga postures). The program covers all aspects of yogic practices, including asanas, meditation practices, kundalini, chakras, subtle body, Ayurveda, pranayama, mantra, chanting, yogic philosophy and the history of yoga, anatomy, physiology, teaching methodology, and business practices and ethics. In addition to offering Yoga Teacher certification to all graduates, this training emphasizes the integration of development on all levels – physical, mental and spiritual – through Asanas, meditation, kiirtan, and chanting. After the 10-day sessions of living life as a yogi, students consistently feel a difference in their life.

    Lunar New Year Celebration of Sound


    On February 7th at 6:00 p.m., The Centre of Light in Petaluma we will hold a celebration of sound in honor of the Lunar New Year at the Centre of Light. Singing, dancing, drumming and dreaming are Gateways to Enlightenment. These are Gateways that anyone can access through the healing modalities of Shamanism and Sacred Sound.
    “Joy is available to anyone who has the courage to play a drum; shake a rattle; or open their heart and sing.” says Moss Rock who will lead the circle as we honor the Lunar New Year of grandmother moon, the power of the four earthly directions, our mother earth and father sun. An Ordained Minister, Spiritual Healer, and graduate of LACSAT who recently moved from Colorado to MendocinoCounty, Moss Rock works as a Sound Healing Practitioner, her work lets people know that there is joy on the road to self realization
