    The Original Slow Vinyasa -
    This system is a very dynamic practice that challenges us through focus, strength, steadiness, subtlety and precise breath control. When we move slow with conscious breathing we become more grounded and centered.

    Physically and mentally it is more challenging to move slowly while we keep our breath mindful, smooth, controlled and precise.

    Our mind becomes more calm and focused in the present moment through the breath and our body learns how to move with ease through the pranic experience.

    Our breath carries inner wisdom and information. When we tune in we receive inner discoveries as it guides our movements, alignment, practice and life.

    Effort flowers into effortlessness.
