Greetings,

I would like your help with 2 goals.

1) Getting assistance from the Public, Department of Public Health, Sonoma County Water Coalition, SC Water Agency and the Water Advisory Committee members, etc. to form a Lobby against water fluoridation.

Please see this thread for details: www.waccobb.net/forums/showthread.php?93981-Please-tell-County-Supervisors-amp-Health-Dir-to-keep-our-water-Fluoride-Free&p=158834#post158834

Fluoride is not good for human health, watersheds nor endangered fish either. This is yet another harmful, un-needed element that independent, and municipal waste water folks will be forced to spend money on to take it out of the waste water.

Fluoride will also have negative impacts on their water and waste water pipes, and other infrastructure including the Geysers operations. Who's got the extra budget for that?

The taxpayers and ratepayers should revolt before it happens. Doctors and Dentist have the wool pulled over their eyes because of the tin industry, along with the for-profit-not-health dental and medical associations. Sodium Fluoride is a toxic element which is proven to be dangerous to our bones, filtering organs, and brains.

A member of the SCWC is asking the Grand Jury to investigate the benefits vs risks and expense of water fluoridation. Every city needs these facts exposed; please step up and help. Even if you are on a well, or a small water system not forced by the State to implement this toxic law; our regional watersheds are connected and impact each other.

Sonoma County has a new Public Health Dir. The fluoride industry pumped money into this last year; they are almost ready to close the deal by running the money through Public Health programs.

They did this because the State mandate for adding fluoride to the drinking water says the rate payers cannot be charged for this if the district does not have enough funds for it.

What water agency do you know has extra money? The ones here have all raised their rates several times for just basic services, they continue to defer maintenance due to strapped budgets.

Taxpayers will pay instead, while the harm to everyone exposed to the addition of fluoride in the Public's water system will result in additional healthcare costs.

Medicating everyone through the water system, instead of increasing access to free and affordable dental care is a failure of Public Health to solve the problems of dental decay.

It is a failure by them to support the health of everyone's well being which is jeopardized by the ingesting of sodium fluoride with: every glass of water the community drinks, food they prepare it with, shower and bath they and their family take.

Can the budgets of the many municipalities who are already putting this toxin in the water systems in, or are considering it; sustain the legal challenge by members of the Public who do not want the burden of this health risk, or cost to them by having to pay extra to filter these types of toxins out?

Our bodies are already overburdened with too many of them; let's not add one more to the list through a misappropriation of tax payers' and rate payers' money.

The ingredient the manufacturer seeks to profit from; has a skull and cross bones poison warning on it when it's used as rat killer. It is listed under drugs on the label of active ingredients in personal care products. Drugs do not belong in our water. It's time all Public Health Directors wake the ADA and AMA, elected officials, and the Public up to this fact.

Here's Goal #2

Affordable funding options for environmentally superior solutions for onsite wastewater treatment to be in compliance with CA Law AB 885.

How can we get the Russian River Watershed Association to put forth proposals for this with the remainder of the Prop 84, and other funding?

Will you support the RRWA in adopting the City of Sebastopol and Graton Community Services District as members, with in-kind services in lieu of member fees and increase the footprint of cooperation in the North Coast Integrated Regional Water Management Plan?
