Do You Run? Do You Sing?

Where better to post my wacky idea than on WACCO?

A while ago I was out running and found myself singing one of the songs I was practicing in one of the choirs I was in. So I thought--- why not? How about a group of folks who sing while running? Of course, I'm thinking this would be more for "fun" races like Bay to Breakers or short-fundraising type races or something like that--- not serious races--- well, at least not till we're famous.

And, have no fear, I'm getting those solicitations in the mail to become a member of AARP so I'm not exactly the speed demon of my youth -- this will be more like singing while loping.

Any takers--- bounding basses, bolting baritones, trotting tenors, ambling altos, sprinting sopranos and even cantering contraltos and careering countertenors--- all welcome?

There's probably a good reason why no one has done this before, but what the hell. Any running singing WACCOs out there worthy of the name?
