Google United Nations Agenda 21 and you'll find a wide spectrum of viewpoints about its goals and impacts. At first glance it seems like a well-intentioned strategy for saving our planet, and then further examination suggests many restrictive provisions that threaten property rights, free enterprise, etc. The plan has been embraced by many nations and various levels of government right down to towns and cities.
The city council of Santa Rosa has "signed on" to the agenda. Here is "THE QUESTION" to the council: "How do you envision the citizens of Santa Rosa and other areas that are following Agenda 21's strategy will benefit from participation in the plan?" It's time to bring this critical issue to the forefront, informing the public about its intentions and creating an open forum for discussion.
