Hit & Run driver/car sought

You may have witnessed or heard about a hit and run wreck on Todd Rd at Primrose Ln on Friday, Jan. 13 (no joke)at about 3:30pm. The insured driver of the hit car has some injuries.
The driver of the Hit & Run car, sped North down Primrose Lane, stopped at an apartment complex at 700 Bellview, then resumed the run north on Stony Point. The "young" driver and his riders--2 white males and 1 white female with light blond hair--were also observed by several people heading west on 116 toward Sebastopol after 4 pm.
The car is a '99-'05 Land Rover, possibly newer, the color is dark olive green-brown. The SUV has damage to the hood and the right front bumper, possible the right headlamp.

DO NOT approach the driver or passengers. If you can safely obtain a license plate number, great. If not, just let CHP know where you saw the car.
