Award-winning author and activist, Norman Solomon will be presenting a talk entitled ‘Media and the Occupy Movement’ at Olney Hall at College of Marin on Thurs. December 8 at 8PM. Talk will be followed by Q&A with the audience. The event is free.

Solomon, a co-founder of the media watch group Fairness & Accuracy In Reporting (FAIR) will speak about how media coverage has evolved during the months since the Occupy Wall Street movement began and its relevance here in the North Bay.
Norman Solomon is an independent progressive Democrat running to succeed Lynn Woolsey in Congress.
