Yes, you do have to join the group to access the photos and links, but joining is easy and you can elect to receive a Digest once a day instead of individual emails that clutter up your inbox. Also, if you don't want to join you can still access the messages.

This is important stuff and worthy of your time and effort. A stray animal is prey to many dangers which might eventually kill it ... parasites, illness, predators, automobiles, poisons, etc.

A lot of these strays are not easy to catch and so they are not brought to the animal shelters. As a result they live desperate lives with no idea of how to find their homes.

I'm depending on the community to help with my goal of reuniting these strays with their owners, or at least feeding them until they can be helped.

A 3 lb. bag of kibble costs $2.49 at Whole Foods. Put food out in the morning with lots of water so as not to attract predators in the night. Take up the food at night.
