Dutra Planning Commission Hearing Continued to April 16

Good Morning All...

Please pass the following on to anyone who may attend the Planning Commission hearing on Dutra tomorrow March 5. The meeting has been rescheduled to Thursday, April 16th at the Board of Supervisors chambers.

The agenda item was regarding noise issues associated with the Dutra project. The County has changed some of these conditions and Dutra's consultants have asked for a continuance.

Please note that staff know there will be a lot of people at this hearing and they are changing the venue to the Board of Supervisor Chambers for Thursday April 16th.

Subject: Dutra continuance

Commissioners,

We have received a request for continuance from Dutra so that they can evaluate some additional noise mitigation measures. The notice has gone out, but staff is contacting all whom we have e-mail addresses to notify of the continuance. They have asked for April 2, but because we expect a large number of people, we are recommending April 16th at the Board Chambers. The PC will need to officially continue the meeting to a date certain on Thursday.
