As I sit here and sip my tea, I am grateful for the peaceful morning which unfolds across the sky like a blanket. All I want to do today is hug people. I want to bring people close to me and give them love and beauty. I want to feel the connection between our hearts and bodies.

My heart is very full this morning and I just want to share the love.
