Hi Everyone: I have a neighbor who has been donating hundreds of hours to a not-for-profit animal rescue organization. Because she has more time to donate to the web site than others who hold down full time jobs and/or have children and other responsibilities, she is looking to get some tips on FRONT PAGE, and how to work on a WEB SITE in order to assist the organization with the web site.


If anyone can give her some help on these matters, it would be most appreciated. She is also interested to find out where she can get the best web site at lowest price.

PLEASE NOTE all help to my friend would have to be free as she is notable to pay anything. She is willing to give of her time to the animal rescue but can't pay anything for the web site.
