An unbelievable moment (Obama clinches nomination)

Over a year ago, I hosted the first meeting for Barack Obama in Sonoma County. There was a lot of enthusiasm, but we never thought he would win the nomination. There was just too much going against hm. At this moment Barack is 19 delegates away from clinching the Democratic nomination for President of the United States. We never thought it would happen, but he has proven that a new face and a non establishment candidate can win. He is an inspiring candidate that we can believe in, and that's how he won. Thanks to John Edwards for endorsing him, and hopefully Hillary Clinton will now move to bring the party together.
    This is an unbelievable moment!

Thanks... sources are nice, though. After a google I see it's not official yet but enough superdelegates have committed privately. Here it is on AP:

    ...and on BBC
    https://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/americas/7432696.stm

their headline being that Clinton would accept the #2 spot on the ticket if invited.

That's exciting, to be in on something from the beginning. And certainly a historic day for our country. Not only that....you got the scoop before Zeno and, of course. by now it's official.

A Hillary Vice Presidency? Seems bizarre, but it could happen. Let's just hope that whoever gets in they can reverse at least a little of the damage that's been done in the last eight years.

THANK YOU, KATHLEEN, FOR YOUR EFFORTS. EVERYTHING IS BALANCED IN OUR UNIVERSE. Being a child of the 60's and now just becoming 60 years old...it is an interesting time - watching how our awareness is changing, almost as fast as the prices of petrol are changing. Peace to you!...to us!

I want to say thanks to you and everyone else around here who helped make this happen. The California primary was an important moment, because Obama came very close and got a heap of delegates from us. Our work is not over. Isn't it great how he is joining with Howard Dean.!
