    Political obnoxiousness

I'm reading the summary for prop 98 and come to the relization that if I were in grade school making this, my teacher would ask me to redo the petition for it content.

Theres more than one subject that convolutes the petition for a yes or no answer.

    Example:

Bars local government to take or damage private property for private uses. so I would vote yes.

Prohibits rent control so I would vote no.

Where is the intelligents in making a package of petitions that need to be addressed separately?

Voting Yes will cause a lot of hardship on renters. Voting No will allow the government to take private property.

As far as I'm concerned? prop 98 is convoluted and flunks for multiple content.

They include a part that denies the other part. In case of "emergency" re national security your home can still be seized. They write them like that on purpose...it is all very misleading. I would vote no. Mindy
