Rooster And Two Beautiful Hens Need Good Home

We have an unfortunate situation concerning three of our dear animals. We adopted a very young rescued bird from a very caring WACCOBB member (Barrie, you out there?). It was too young to be sexed and eventually turned out to be a male. We've tried to integrate him into the mix, but now that he's matured, our HUGE Barred Rock won't have it. They're fighting and it ain't pretty. Early on, we acquired two Arcana hens to keep him company. The three were raised together and are constant companions. We will not split them up - all three or nothing. The hens have just started laying their beautiful blue eggs in February so there are plenty to come. We reluctantly need to find them a good home - preferably FREE RANGE as that's all they've known. Three absolutely beautiful chickens, folks! And we love 'em.

    Howdy,
We're looking for a nice rooster, and the hens would be good, too. We have several chickens and they have a big, big yard and are also invited to scratch in the garden in the off season. Then they go inside at night.
    Rincon Valley, anytime!
    Cheers,
    Diane
