Yes, it will be behind the bike/paint/fertilizer store. At least that is my assumption. The photo I took is from the road/stoplight. I didn't walk back there, but there is a second similar looking sign in the back of their parking lot.
Edit: Why someone would enjoy living behind a paint/fertilizer bomb... i mean stores, is beyond me, but I bet they'll sell out quick.

Yes, that is what they meant. One live oak with 9 inch diameter trunk. I've done surveying, including boundary, construction and topographical. And that is how we identify trees, by species and diameter of the trunk. You can also measure the total spread of the canopy too if you wanted to I suppose.
edit: you can see the tree in the google map satellite view. I failed to include it in the image I posted above; it is further back.
