Wanted: CSS expertise to help make site responsive

I have a large website, developed over 20 years that needs turning into web responsive design. The basic CSS has been done, and applied to many of the most significant pages. it needs to be applied to other pages that have a range of existing formats. Some are straightforward, others need individual crafting.

Someone relatively local would be good, since work will probably entail hands-on discussion on various elements. I work with BBEdit on a Mac. But open to other options.
