We seek an experienced Administrative Assistant with strong computer skills, a great work ethic, is well organized and can handle many priorities at once. This position provides broad administrative support to a small business that offers seminars and private therapeutic sessions. You must be able to represent the values and orientation of our work to the public through in-person, phone, email, and on-line interactions.

* Executive support to owner/ operator of business, office management
* Registration and administrative support for events
* Reception of calls and handling emails from three web sites, maintain database
* Post online promotional listings, prepare flyers and marketing emails
* Maintain office calendars, inventory, files, do internet research
* Record payments and expenses, prepare accounts for taxes
* Book site rentals for workshops and overnights, coordinate catering
* Maintain and trouble-shoot computer systems and office equipment
* Keep web sites up to date in WordPress, adding events and photos, videos, content
* Post events to social media sites (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google+)
* Prepare and print materials for workshops, interface with work exchange people
* Interface with Logistics Coordinator and seminar staff, providing data and support

* At least 3 years experience as an Administrative Assistant - a necessity for this challenging and meaningful position
* Strong internet and PC computer skills Microsoft Office, Excel, Publisher, InDesign, WordPress and Facebook experience. Webinar experience a big plus.
* Tech-savvy, equipment savvy, and capable of learning new technologies with ease.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to motivate others
* Ability to multi-task, organize efficiently and effectively.
* Exemplary critical thinking, problem-solving and leadership skills.
* Self-starter, thinks creatively, great communicator, thoughtful orientation to service.

Strong preference for having knowledge of the spiritual path of Tantra, alternative healing practices, or personal growth paths. Experience with people of all sexual preferences or relationship styles also serves.

NEARLY FULL TIME: 30 hours/ week. 10 to 4, M-F with some flexible hours.
Car required for errands. Two weeks in-service training.
Salary based on skill and experience, $16-18 - possible to grow over time.
Beautiful private setting in Sebastopol. Being a small business with a one-person office, we do not offer benefits such as insurance, though there are other perks that make it worth working here.
