It's not over for Standing Rock.

If you are looking for ways to support Standing Rock now that the camps are gone, Chase Iron Eyes recommends donating to the legal defense of the almost 800 people facing jail time and felony prosecution for their peaceful protest. https://lakotalaw.org
Chase also emphasized that divestment from the Dakota Access Pipeline (DAPL) is still EXTREMELY important. Our group has been hearing this from different sources. So we have started a divestment team. It has met twice, and already has made a great start. We are beginning to work with other groups working on divestment and public banking (which is a related issue) to see how we can maximize our impact.
Email [email protected] to join the divestment team mailing list. The next divestment meeting will be Saturday, May 6 from 3 to 4pm, just before our regular meeting. (Our regular meeting is usually the 2nd and 4th Saturdays, but in May it will be the first Saturday of the month.) Peace & Justice Center, 467 Sebastopol Ave, Santa Rosa.
Chase also emphasized it's not just about Standing Rock, it's about united people power against corporate interests. He points out we have never been more united than right now. In addition to taking action on an ongoing basis, mark your calendars. 350.org writes:
"There’s nothing Donald Trump hates more than mass protest – and he hates it because it works. Since inauguration, we’ve seen what people power can achieve: Trumpcare? Withdrawn. Muslim ban? Blocked. Now Trump’s entire fossil fuel agenda is next."
