    Sebastopol housing initiatives

    At the December 20 City Council meeting, the City Council discussed actions to address housing availability and affordability. The Council created a special housing subcommittee to conduct a community process to identify a housing action plan.

    This might include changes to development standards and procedures, allocation of financial resources, review of rent control issues, and modification of impact fees, as well as other actions.
