    The other morning a big thing happened at city hall

    And so I must say something.

    Between the year of Sonoma County promoting for bids on how to make a tiny village of twelve tiny houses on Mendocino and Chanate as a model for solutions

    in between that and now

    Santa Rosa declared Emergency conditions for the Homeless

    The two met at city hall a few mornings ago

    There is immanent domain for undiscovered real estate of formula at this confluence of time
