    ALAMEDA PASSES FRACKING BAN- 1st in SF Bay Area ...Sonoma County to be 2nd?

    Hot off the press:

    August 2, 2016, Alameda County, California, finalized its fracking ban, the first in the Bay Area.
    The county’s Board of Supervisors voted unanimously to pass Zoning Ordinance Amendment July 19;
    this second unanimous vote solidifies it. The ban takes effect in 30 days.
