A Feel Good Story ...

I used to own a house cleaning business in the West County area ... one of the biggest challenges that I faced was keeping my eight employees fully engaged and happy with their work ... it can be grueling work but often our customers would pull us through by leaving little gifts, ... bits of chocolate, vegetables from the garden, flowers, etc. ... I have to say that I met the best people in this career, but there were pressures ... getting a large crew to a large home on time with all of the proper equipment only to face a busy, over-stressed home owner could be stressful, but we managed to pull it off with a smile, regardess of the circumstances ( I could write a book ) and we only collapsed afterwards when no one could see us ...

Because of my experiences, this lovely story struck a chord ... enjoy ... we should start something like this in our own community ...
