Bill Maher has returned to his controversial options regarding Islam, this time saying “When there’s this many bad apples, there’s something wrong with the orchard.” ( see the embedded video).
I'm inclined to agree at first glance, but on further reflection, I think we need to look at our own "orchard" as well. The fundamental problem with their "bad ideas" is they seek to project their values on other people. But that just what we have been doing in the middle east (and elsewhere) for long time now, with many more than 12 people here and there being killed one way or another for one reason or another.
Can we really be so judgemental and righteous when we are guilty too?
